Important dates:
June 2018: Registration and abstract submission will open
October 15th 2018: Deadline for abstract submission
October 22th 2018: Deadline for early bird registration
October 23rd 2018: Selection of the Oral and Poster communications*
December 17th 2018: Day 1/Openning of ElecMol18
December 20th 2018: Day 4/Closing of ElecMol18
Only fully registered participants (with paid registration fees NO LATER than October 23rd, 2018) will be eligible for Oral Communication

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time but please contact the organizing committee of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify organizing committee immediately.
If provided written notice is received by October 16th, 2018, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. For provided written notice received by November 1st, 2018, a 50% refund will be given. For registrations cancelled after November 1st, 2018, or for no-show at the conference, no refund (100% of the registration are due).
